Do you ever feel like you are performing a juggling act while attempting to better your staff and center all at the same time? Join us as we explore strategies that will help you as a leader, improve on processes and create a positive environment where your staff can grow. We will discuss delegation, empowerment and how they tie in to keeping up with Texas state requirements.

Participants should arrive 5-10 minutes before class. No children allowed.
