Becoming a mentor and supporting professional growth is more than just a title. We will explore relationship building steps to develop a relationship built on trust, honest feedback and professional growth. In this session we will establish mentoring expectations, professional goals and how to have reflective conversations.

Participants should arrive 5-10 minutes before class. No children allowed.
