Participants in this session will discuss the latest labor laws and licensing requirements for ECE programs in Texas, learn about laws regarding exempt and non-exempt employees including record keeping requirements, and talk about what to include in the parent and employee handbooks in their programs.

Participants should arrive 5-10 minutes before class. No children allowed.
