Request for Bids

Collaborative for Children (CC), a non-profit organization, is issuing a Request for Bids for a Focus Group/Marketing Consultant to provide consultation and expertise for the expansion of QualiFind, our quality indicator referral system, to include licensed/ registered child care homes. The expansion will allow parents to access information regarding the nearly 2,500 licensed/registered child care homes in our 13 county service delivery area. As well as, help providers to access the information they need to focus their quality improvement efforts.

CC is issuing this Request for Bids to ensure fair and equal treatment. CC believes in maximizing full and open competition and hopes to stimulate maximum response from all professionals.  Be sure to follow the directions outlined in the detailed Request for Bids; there will be no exceptions.

Bids submitted in response to this request are due by 12:00 p.m. on August 13, 2010.

Criteria

• Submit proposal to the CC office by 12:00 p.m., August 13, 2010. Proposals received in the CC office after the deadline will not be accepted regardless of the reason for the delay.  Faxed or emailed copies will not be accepted.
• Submit five identical, complete copies of the bid.
• Interviews will be scheduled with one or more applicants based on rate and qualifications the week of August 16, 2010.
• Notification of results will be made by August 23, 2010.
