Collaborative for Children makes it easy to do your part.

1. Print and complete our Volunteer Application and Consent to Criminal Background Check forms.
2. Mail your completed forms along with your resume and copy of picture identification to Collaborative for Children, Attn: Leslie Gerber, 3800 Buffalo Speedway, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77098. We will contact you to schedule an orientation to help you get involved.
